How do use the h3 hud thing? is there a tut?

is there any tuts for customizing the ui.map?
i want to change the halo to a picture i found

Is it possible to add Vision other weapons. also i may need to scope them. Key word is scoped not zoom, I know how to make guns zoom.

is there anyone that can help?

I know how to make make weapons spawn using itmc but to do that you have to get rid of a gun but i want to keep it. Some people said to use sword edit but the weapon i want to put in the map dose not show up on the list with the other weapons so yea.
