Errr, the pelican would be nearly impossible as you would need to add all the bitmaps, metas, and addresses and add it/swap it with a currently built in vehicle. In other words, the pelican is not built into bloodgulch.map so you would have to figure a way in which you could swap an already include...

Well Jonathan, I took the HexEdit and started tinkering with the Bloodgulch given your Ghost <-> Banshee switch and whatnot, but I seem to have a problem: when using the Ghost <-> Banshee mod, other players can't seem to see the Ghost. Whenever I run HMT (version 0.5, if that makes a difference) and try to open bloodgulch.map, a window pops up with no chance for argument saying exactly "An exception of class NilObjectException was not handled properly. The application must shut down." And the application, of course, shut...
