Thanks for letting me know my 10 year old password is garbage, Google
All I can say is I wish I still had the creativity and drive that kept me coming here for some 5+ years working on random mod stuff
Still playing games, still on Steam and whatever

Re: Old Modders
I'm not sure why, but I check back here periodically sometimes. Just fond old memories I guess. Halo is practically ancient, but there's always been a really good community here. Something like that. Though I think the whole "progressing from almost nothing to something" that the Mac Halo...

Re: So...About the main page and this website...
This place is my only happy memory of me being a teenager. The only other memories are of my dad telling constantly reminding me how to play hide the sausage. Seconded but without the added parent-induced trauma. It was also a fun time when a mod didn't have to completely reinvent a game or even be...

Re: Old Modders
Long story short, I was on DotaBuff and checking out the names I had used most in order to switch back to one of them. At the bottom of the list is "4B 6B E6 8C" Tried to translate from hex but it made no sense. Search it on Google... Friggin hell its been a while. EDIT: Oh my god my signa...

Re: Anime/Manga?
Let's bump this and add a bit, as I'm looking for new things to watch. Recent: > Baka and Test S1 + S2 (Way more entertaining than expected, rewatched the whole thing twice in a month) > Nisemonogatari (Holy hell was that so much weirder than Bakemonogatari... And please get this out of my head ) > ...

Re: Departures Topic!
You are right, we have no defense. But we can at least blame someone else for creating it in the first place. Fun fact: It seems we can't even standardize feet and yards without the meter. How sad is that. Also, the distance light travels in a vacuum in 1 ⁄ 299,792,458 of the time it takes for a Ces...

Re: VirtualBox
I used it to play Noctis once. But it was set up and everything already, so I didn't have to do much. Also, it was one of the old Windows OS versions. Like, command prompt old. Quite an awesome game, but requires a USB keyboard because I need the numpad and function keys, and the keys are not rebind...

It's ok, the best games in the pack are on Mac anyway.

Definitely not compensating. Well, this is the original art. It's a lot smaller, but you know what Anime does. http://i762.photobucket.com/albums/xx269/Vornesoul/LoL%20Champion%20Skins/GemKnight_Splash_2.jpg The Chinese art is just so much better though. Also, if you want overcompensation: http://i...

Re: Feels like stealing
nil has basically got it down. In terms of gaming history though, I would like to add that although consoles, along with arcades, grew the video game industry in general, PC evolved the FPS, TPS, and RTS genres because consoles could not. I should also rephrase my earlier statement to make it proper...

Re: MASS EFFECT SERIES FOR $10.00!!!!
Better then the entire Valve pack? I'll have to say that the ME series deal is probably one of the best I have seen for a while, but it really can't top the Valve pack. Unless you were specifically looking for an RPG, in which case you better be hitting the buy button already. That's a LOT of choice...

Re: Feels like stealing
Yes, Skyrim, Dues Ex, and whatever else is fine. But you know what, I like paying next to nothing for a game that is only a year old. And Just Cause 2 fulfills my need for open-world, physics defying explody fun. The only other thing I can think of to live up to it's style of gameplay is Saint's Row...

Feels like stealing
But it isn't. http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m176/draconic74/Capture.png Despite how annoying Valve and Steam can be sometimes, there is definitely a silver lining. Sure, the game is a year old, but still. Less then $8 for it and all it's DLC. I payed more for a sandwich yesterday, and that won'...
