HMT wargh. You newbie, use eschaton. Export them, darken them, import them. It's simple.
Also, from the pics, this mod looks a lot like my Toxicity II mod, except it has imports instead of modded weapons.

2. using a a old application= newbie.......
3. does every mod with fog look like your mod?

Either edit an unused weapon reticle in the bitmaps and then use that by switching to it in the weapons wphi.
Or make your own bitmap tag and have the reticle in there O_o

Well i dont have any image editing tools. So i can only really change the color.

Awesome! Looks like you really got into bitmap editing. Seems to fit the zombie theme well. Only thing is you might want to give that sniper a bit of texture.

If this is going to take place completely at night, you might want to decrease the difference between the bright and dark parts of the lightmaps; The bright sections would normally be attributable to the sun, and since the sun isn't present, there wouldn't be as dramatic a difference between the darker parts of the map and the lighter parts of the map. Thus, they should be more equalized.

uhh say what? lolz. i didnt have full darkness up yet you you guys could see everything better.

he means, the areas that are too light to make sense during the night, darken those a bit more to mesh better with the darker areas
