[MOD] Warland update

When people played my warland mod, they told me things like
"weaken the tank rifle"
So, I have made an update that has added a few things, just to make the mod better.
This includes:
* I have marked the teleporters with teleporter shields

* I have slowed the tank rifles rate of fire to make it not dominate

* Ghosts travel quickly, fire rockets, and make MC invisible

* fuel rod shot that sniper shoots now has no arch and travels at the speed of a sniper bullet

* charged plasma pistol shots that shotgun shoots now have much stronger homing

*gravity rifle is added to the map

hmm... a mod eh?
ill test it and post some results.
:D

yeah its pretty awesome as far as weapon mods go.
but the ghost is freakin' invincible (literally)
the only way to kill it is to shoot the driver....

but shooting the vehicle works too.
example: when shooting the ghost with ghost rockets it'll just fly in the air
non dying.
kinda like MC on campaign easy...
facing only grunts....
with a automatic sniper rifle...
and infinite ammos... =P

dont know how that happened, since i only modded on the ghosts what they shot.
