[Template] 256x256 super-sized hud reticle

This includes a new item collection, weapon, weapon hud and crosshair bitmap; also includes the image that was used in the creation of the bitmap and a map file to demonstrate the image (the starting weapon is available in CTF mode). The image is of little significance (it's a template) but spells out "Halo Demo" in letters forming a circular pattern. Here is a screenshot of how big the bitmap looks on the screen. To modify the bitmap, modify the supplied .tif image and inject into your own duplicated tag in Eschaton. Link up the bitmap to your favorite HUD and enjoy.
By the way, the crosshair should show some interesting behaviors when it hovers over an enemy target, but I haven't been able to test this yet. No biggie if it doesn't do anything, the reticle image itself is still useful.
