I'll be sure to log in next time.
And I was mistaken, except that sometimes the modding community waits for big releases (like Eschaton 0.7.3 and 0.8.1) in anticipation.
I could release a lot more mods, but the problem is that I'm anticipating the release of Pearl 2.0 so that I can start converting all the Halo Demo mods to Halo Full on the HDM Mod Database, so that those mods can be used with the Halo Demo UB that is being developed. It's a lot of pressure on Modzy (and nil) since we don't have more people here to join in the programming projects.
I saw a huge halt in the number of released mods when I started discussing Zeus. But I also saw a large pause in modding after I released my Eschaton plugins, which I presume to be because of the abundance of additional information given by those plugins. It seems to me that most modders are waiting for me to release Zeus now. These are two examples where I find the modding releases to be inversely proportionate to the development (the anticipation) of new modding tools. But more advanced tools still means easier modding.
