I was never one to hold suspense unnecessarily long, and its not not like i cant make another version...

My friends, I give you my biggest project ever in Halo Modding.

Zombie Apocalypse.

after roughly 4.5 years of bug fixing and tweaking, Ill do my best to put changes.

Pill bottle was made by Kiyoshi and Broke/ I think.

I know modzy made a few happen in the past.

Sparky gave new life with a downed banshee, more scenery, marine and dead elite.

You can run up slopes,

Assault Rifle has 32 shots. Fires slower but packs power.

Pistol can fire as fast as you can click.

Crosshairs by JnVn! Along with original bitmaps.

Regular Zombies Added, Alpha Zombies Added, Alpha Zombie/Shotgun Added, Evolved Zombie Added.

All Zombies Difficulty is raised as the Zombie class increases.

Zombies spawn via itmc weapon that shoots an invisible vehicle that the zombies are sitting in. Modded Physics (by me) that makes the car flip as soon as it's spawned.

Added Portal effect to Zombies Spawning, makes it look epic as zombies blast into bloodgulch.

Added Functionality to warthog, Get in gunner it's a first person camera/turret. Driver seat allows control of turret. I also believe you can drive from passenger/cuz why couldnt you?


NO AI SYNC


Made sky the Sky of doom from the last level of Halo Campaign.

Modifed running, crouching speed.

Increased Zombie's Running Speed.

If the evolved zombie hit you you will be sent flying, also you will black out temporarily. You also cant take to many evolved zombie hits.

Also a recent update puts you right in the shit. I mean you spawn, its on. I suggest run jumping.

You also may have to full restart if you die. Dem zombies in yo base. Wattya gonna do?

Used Pearl to convert to MD.

Ah more I remembered!

Shotgun can do a two shot blast ONLY when you first switch to it and it has sufficient ammo to do so.

Running over Zombie's shakes the screen and make a SQAK sound.

Getting hit by an Evolved Zombie makes Screen shake, makes MC scream.

You can be hit out of the warthog,

The Evolved Zombie has been known to ACTUALLY GET IN FRONT OF HORDES AND DEFEND WHOLE FREAKING ARMIES.

What I mean by this is one time I was playing, and when I was about ready to demolish hundreds of zombies at once, the Evolved Zombie Ran in front of his Zombie Brethren, and hit my warthog right before I crashed into them, sending me hurling the opposite direction!

Shotgun Alpha Zombie is very painful! Quick shoot the gun out of his dumb hands!

Melee is effective... to an extent

Raep Cannon in the blue base is rediculous. Get that last though, enjoy the game first. Same with the warthog, get that shit last.

Cannot make Molotov break on collision for some reason.

Molotov by Kiyoshi and Broke…if i didn't already say that.

All meta, jot, basically the whole game except parts i mentioned other people did was done by me.

It all took a really long time.

The Zombie spawners are semi custom tags, named as so. You just need to go to the itmc tag in eschaton or whatever you use to adjust the zombie spawn rate.

Each Zombie has its own spawner.

This game has endless Optimization tweaks, by me and sparky and modzy.

Essentially theres a lot going on, we try to make it as smooth as possible. I remember back in the early builds where just having 20 zombies lagged it up something fierce.

Today I can fill up maps. Especially if you got the computer for it.

It's probably gonna crash after 15 minutes.

Dunno why honestly, whatever.

I modified the Molotov's radius and power to make it more useful.

Took off all hud except reload and crosshair.


No HealthBar, look for them pill bottles, they're health.


Grabbing Pills SoundFX from Left 4 Dead. I put it in the first version of this and just plainly decided to keep it in.

Zombie is Flood. I will laugh at you if you didn't expect it.

I wanted to add more zombie types, but the ones i wanted to use dude said he was gonna update, along with give me a new hog. he had other things to do and just hasn't gotten around to it. and im just tired of holding onto this lol.

Endless tag renaming, deleting, modifying by me. Litteral hours spent man.

I used only Swordedit and Eschaton during my time modding, I pretty sure Sparky used HEK a few times for LOD's on the trees so it would run smoother.

Changed mc light to be always on and red.

Night vision on the sniper is now red.


Sniper hud by JNVN.

Play in Unmodified slayer. You may want to spawn warthogs though cuz Halo MD doesn't spawn warthogs like Demo does.

If you add strength to the spartan or player your adding strength to the zombies as well.

CTF is playable, you can really hurt the zombies with your flag.

Anyway I think that's it, Enjoy! Feel free to modify as you wish.

So nice to see some old names in the credits, and a proper mod in good of Bloodgulch, I'd be the first to play it, if only I still had Snow Leopard (or a computer that could run it).

Starts out very epic-ly to say the least. I added it to the MD database.
I am no longer active to Halo or MGM, and don't guarantee a response on the forums or through email. I will however linger around the discord room for general chatting. It's been fun!
