Agoraphobia--> Relase

a stupid mod i did some hours ago...

features:
-red soldiers controls blue base
-blue soldiers controls red base
-no more grass
-more snipers
-no healtpack in the map
-sniper can hold max of 60 bullets and starts with 28
-shotgun can hold max of 120 bullets and starts with 36
-rocket launcher can hold max of 12 rockets and starts with 6 (or 8..)
-flamethrower can hold max of 8 canisters and starts with 5
-scenery replacements
-and third person warthog's passenger seat

you must get your flag from your base and transport it to the other base... its like assault XD

however, theese pics sucks, must play it (with other people as targets)

the zip contains:
1 map file
1 bitmaps.map file
3 gametypes
2 readmes


(agoraphobia: extreme or irrational fear of crowded spaces or enclosed public places.)
(...wait a minute.... was not agoraphobia the fear of large and open spaces? ...however, i will not change the name of the map and the gametypes etcetera now!
...but, you know... that is a canyon, so.. its an enclosed space no? enjoy! XD)

Looks very good Taxi! The only thing I don't understand are the flipped bases. I suppose it would make it different, making the Reds spawn at the opposite side of the field than usual. Interesting mod.

I played it with my brother and i kept getting confused haha. Cool mod none the less.

hehehe would not be a bad idea... but it would take a bit more time...

if i will do another version, i will invert the spawn points xD


PS: im working on another mod... with destructable vehicles and snow..
if someone can tell me how to do a fog :P
it is in the rain tag or there is a fog! or fog# tag..?

Destructible Snow :P?

Vehicles that can be blown up sound good, just a suggestion. If at all possible, I recommend that you try to make it so that a blown up vehicle spawns working, and not still blown up.

however... i think it can be done... like respawning AI
and, i didnt completely completed the mod, must change some weapons and vehicle spawns (and sparkedit dosent swaps itmc tags when a map is rebulid >_<)

but i found a way to add fog and snow :D
now i must inject somewhere the wraith's textures and falling-snow texture...
you know...

...that isnt snow, that are needle sparks! XD

and there is a sort of aurora borealis... you will see when i'll relase... must move some scenery and swap some vehicles spawns...

EDIT: i cant make wraiths spawn!!!!
can someone tell me how to find them in hex? thanks in advance to who will help me!!! everyone who knows how to do it and wont tell me can be fucked in hell forever :D

EDIT2: i found a way to make wraith tanks spawn... but i just was that all the mod is kinda glitchy :?
maybe i must start everything over... and that will take some time

Taxiservice that looks absolutely brilliant. It looks like the map was originally made to look like this. Extremely well done.

All I ask is that perhaps you could post a tut on how you did this?

hum... a tut of what? how to make fog? :P

-open the map you want in escathon and search for the sky tag levels/bloodgulch/bloodgulch (or levels/test/bloodgulch/bloodgulch.. something similiar)
-in reflexive edit choose the characteristics you want for your fog

...if someone that knows english better than me can write a better tutorial...

what do you esactly need?

hummm you know how to skin vehis or bipds no?
same thing with scenery, the esactly tag are:

levels\test\bloodgulch\bitmaps\blood ground

for the ground, and

levels\test\bloodgulch\bitmaps\blood cliff rock

for cliff rocks XD



then... for the fog:
