K this is prolly the last mod ill be posting here nothing special i was making a mod with fast and this is what we got.
Multiplayer AI. Spawn a dropship with grunts by the shee fuel rod and there is some that spawn on the ground.Have fun

You're ignoring me. ROF and damage don't change from easy to legendary. It's just the number of AI attacking you (i.e. 2 in easy, 8 in legendary), their awareness at different distances (legendary charges a sniper, easy is confused), their accuracy (easy fires in your direction, legendary shoots a little ahead if you're running so it hits more), and their reaction time (legendary turns around at the first shot you fire, easy takes a few fractions of seconds and runs away more often).
Does that make it clear enough?

damage doesn't change, the guns are the same on all dificulties, and they cant (well i guess maybe they could but) make the plasma rifle weaker for the covi and normal for you, so damage would keep the map evened out still, so there is no point to increase the damage... this is just two reasons

Damage seems to increase with different difficulty levels because some AI tend to fire their weapons more accurately and quicker (but not breaching the maximum ROF for that weapon). As an example, a Minor Elite on Easy VS. a Major Elite on Legendary. The Minor Elites on Easy are not good marksmen, as they tend to miss, or fire infrequently. However, the Major Elite on Legendary fires very often, and hits most of the time (unless you are dodging well).
Thus, it can appear that damage changes, but it is in fact behavior which changes (See my signature).

2) jpt! tags are not affected by level difficulty. coll, scnr and actv/actr tags are.
3) sorry fuel if i were a noob when i made the AI packs that i couldnt use that rush-to-everything-moving flag... <_<
4) i didnt change both ROF or damage. i just edited the actv's and actr's.

well, just go to matg tag of any map and check. <_< use entity plugins in eschaton's main data.
