He said he made the mod, but not the resources A.K.A. CE. Your flaming is therefore not viable.

This mod is almost purely CE. It's sad how the quality is deteriorating so much to the point that almost all mods nowadays are just imported CE.

Of course, the higher ranks of modders still maintain their awesomeness

3D Studio Max; it's a modeling tool just like maya.
