I'm also guessing I'm far off!

But, everybody WOULD get that version, its just that the winner will get it first, and then everyone else has to wait a few days/weeks/months/years/decades to get it!

Thats what companies sometimes do with their products <.<

I am doing it this way because there are legal issues to distributing the actual content from Halo Full.

So no public releasing means that your map file size will be around 70 MB and will only contain the tag data. So you'll need to reference demo bitmaps and sounds if you want to use the tags without distortion. If, however, you have Halo Full, then you can internalize the sounds and bitmaps yourself... granted that everything we're doing here is for 'educational purposes,' so check the related pages on HDM after the contest.

yes.

I think that eventually, we'll see all the possible versions of the Incyclopedia.

So maybe by the end of this week...

My comp is off right now, taking a well-deserved rest from processing macros day and night for days on end. If my programming skillz were up to snuff on Mac OS X, I'd just write a program to take all the tags at once and batch import them. But they're not, so no dice on that deal.

Is the suspense still building?
