Hunters traveled in fours?
Grunts Decided to breed like Rabbits on Viagra?
And Elites Were twice in number?
Then you get Retribution.
It increases all enemy numbers by at least 2X
Use Nils bitmaps. they work the best with the mod. I included them in the folder because i edited some that weren't already edited.

Warning it may lag a bit and is impossible on legendary
EDIT: if you want you can mod it so you have have a tank or rocket warthog so its easier on legendary.

Thanks. i am working on V2 now, The start of a long list of Campaign mods by me.
possibly even a team! but i'll get to that later.
