[MOD] RSW Proximity and Inversion

In keeping with the popular Random Starting Weapon theme, whereby players spawn with random weapons, I present:
RSW Proximity and Inversion
and
Proximity and Inversion (no starting weapon changes)

Proximity
Player spawns have been relocated to the middle of the map, whereby players are immersed in instant conflict.

Inversion
Teams and flags are switched, with blue at the red base and red at the blue base.

Proximity Inversion
Players spawn in the middle, on opposite sides of their normal bases, with their flags switched. In short, a combination of Proximity and Inversion.

In the process, I've enabled all the spawn locations for all the game types, so there is a wider variety of locations throughout the game.
