Here is another Movie map, It was a quick nulling of the HUD, but I'm sure it will be useful for certain scenes in Machinima.

There was a lot of "this is useless/has been done" posts that don't really qualify. There were also a few point-outs of errors that were then addressed. Most of those posts were also dragged into the off-topic discussion in one way or another. This is a clean slate.

Reposting, since Alt deleted everything -.-

You need to fix your combined hud reticles bitmap. Just erase the rightmost reticle in the first image, and you'll be good.

You can erase it by making the alpha channel in the bitmap mask black in that area.

Ok, so I did that, but for some reason now I cannot play the map without it crashing.

Did you change the reference ID for the object that uses the bitmap you nulled? Try messing with that. Did Eschaton successfully import the new image?

I successfully imported the image. Everything was fine until I injected the bitmaps into the bloodgulch and rebuilt the map. The procedure was fine, but the map kept crashing.

Try internalizing the bitmap before you change anything, then edit it.

hostbot you are taking the advances we've made in machinima back to the stone age with his crap.

u failed at nulling the hud cuz I CAN STILL SEE HUD!!!! ROOARRRRRRR

Or you can just use the Saber-Cow / Jester Machinima Map Pack that was released not even a year ago... much better than this, includes no sound when you pick up a flag, no HUD whatsoever, a Built in cam etc.

Just... Useless...
