[MOD] 2012
I don't even know what I was thinking. I started out wanting to alter the sky to a blood red. Eventually I found myself changing the planets into the Apple logo and slightly modifying the color of the gulch. As usual I focused on one gun, The Plasma Rifle, and I changed its color and texture to jet black. It has unlimited ammo and some new effects. I kept in only Plasma nades and replaced all vehicles with 2 Ghosts. I hope you guys like it!

Why can't I make a mod which I think is cool others think is cool, but when Jacob brands it people

Let's see, hmm...
• Why is the Plasma Rifle's projectile 'burning' effect a mess of squares?
• Apple logo is irrelevant and pixelated.
• Apparently, Ghost does nothing.
• BG's texture is tiled. (ugly.)
• You messed up the stars in the sky, now they look like pieces of dust on a screen.
So, summarized:
Bitmaps are irrelevant and unsatisfactory, and nothing is actually modded except the Plasma Rifle. Changes do not synergize; lack of combat options make the mod boring.
My advice would be to stop making random mods, and actually make one good mod.

As for your complaints, The Box effect was intended. I think it looks pretty kick ass. The Apple logo is also freaking awesome.
The stars are meant to look like that. The 1 weapon creates a challenge, and because it has a no aging battery, you can keep on playing
and stay in the game without the worry of finding a replacement. Overall the mod is supposted to raise the difficulty, and stay with a
theme, which is total chaos. Hence the name 2012.

I respect JSB. You should make this into a Halo full mod, except make the players flood, and give it some uber fog groundside. If you DO take it into consideration, you should use the first person arms from Taxi's mod for hang em' High, then it would kick serious ass.

JSB has done absolutely nothing on MGM. I will respect him when I see something better.

Just a thought. You know what else, you COULD give the ghost a skin. Like flood infections with those red things over them (idk what their called) but their red circles with slashes in them. Or better yet, a grunts' mask/ head with that thing over it o.O That would be uber cool.
