Can you at least ask him if you or someone else can post the source code for him ? I don't think he would have a problem with that, especially considering if he is using code from The Cheat (which is under GPL license).

[EDIT]: Apparently he is not using code from The Cheat, but was nice enough to give me the source code anyway from just asking him .
