[App] Halo Sound Utility

This would be my second finished application.
It loads only sound tags and allows you to edit each permutation.
Permutations are divided based on their string names and are therefore easy to edit.
Right now only .ogg injections are supported.

In any future releases, will it be an option to inject .wav sounds as well?

Mr. Reconz is Jacob Nyubuki (not sure how to spell the last name). Not sure why he changed it... Confused me too.

I was playing halo 3 with Monk and Al capwn, When capwn asked who I was I said Jacob and he replyed

"Ah, Mr. Recon"

Which made me think...hey not a bad name since my recon mod.,..and a friend of mine haz recon :P so i thought what the hell? and changed it
