I was doing this on my server (72.90.182.81:25566) which now has mods, courtesy of Monoman's help: building an archery target for a contest. There is a free kit called "archerycontest" that you can get to use in the competition. Players take turns standing on the dirt ramp beyond the cactus and aim at the target to score points in the red, yellow, orange and white zones.
