Has anyone here had experience with this, and is it feasible to use the SDK to develop a modding program for mac which simply lets you use all the halo modding tools made for pc and mac?

It's very usable and very fast. Not to mention free, the only downside for myself is since I do not have hardware that is compatable with say, OS X. Im basically shit out of luck.

Woah woah woah. Let me get this straight… is this an open source Parallels Desktop?
…it is!
Now people won't have to pirate that software anymore! I'll test this and report with my findings.

Please do. I look forward to hearing your report, Taxi.
As an aside, it seems like what we perceive in modding is true in other areas as well or more so: there is more than one way to skin a cat, or there is more than one way to achieve the desired results when modding, when developing applications, and so on. Basically, I'm learning possible alternatives to what I had envisioned for Zeus.

VirtualBox is a free option for running virtual machines. I've used it to run Windows XP and various flavors of Linux.

I haven't tried anything with a large amount of graphics. It is a quick setup so you could easily get it going then check or scan the VirtualBox forums.

I used it to play Noctis once. But it was set up and everything already, so I didn't have to do much. Also, it was one of the old Windows OS versions. Like, command prompt old. Quite an awesome game, but requires a USB keyboard because I need the numpad and function keys, and the keys are not rebindable.
