Leopard Running With No Problem on a powerbook G4

Post by Mike1122 » Wed Dec 24, 2008 7:18 am

My godmother has a powerbook g4 and her friend got her an ipod touch (2nd gen) for her for christmas but her powerbook G4 was below the requirements so she can use it. she was using 10.3.9 and she needed 10.4.x she told me she has been wanting to install leopard for a very long time do i gave her my install disk which i ever got to use bcause something went wrong when i tried upgrading and i lost my hardrive. the frst thing she did befre uprading was upgrade her RAM FROM 512MB TO 1.25GB. She installed leopard in 2 hours and its running flawlessly on this old thing, but why on my imac did it destroy my HD !!!!!! :( well, now i cant make fun of this thiing because its almost as good as mine. OPICTURES!! showing its running great!! she didnt do an erase and install either. the only problem with her powerbook which is what im typing this on now is that she needs a new battery because this one only lasts about 30 min.
