Lumps, Source modding is the act of modding a game using the Source engine. And since Valve releases an SDK for practically everything, modding is pretty much reduced to using their extensive tools to make new levels, weapons, scenarios, anything.

Taxi, most of the weapons have pretty much been made, and the models have been ported. And Im sure all you would need is the textures and geometry from a map (piece of cake*, right?) to recreate any of the levels. Only problem would be AI animations and... well, their AI (this assumes MC will use the same animations as every other Source ragdoll).
