K, I decided to buy gta III and vice city. Very easy to mod. its layed out for you. weird.

EDIT: when I find five dollars i'll buy the orange box. I hope it can run on my 1gig ram 1.60ghz piece of shit processor.

Each city is the size of GTA III's and Vice City's, but there are now non-city environments.
Fuck GTA 4, man.
