And the whole concept of clan wars in a dead game, is just a pointless battle.

I could say the same thing about modding a dead game, couldn't I? Actually, there is still enough interest in modding Halo Demo, and before clan district when clan halo wasn't in its decline, clan wars were quite active, and that wasn't too long ago. I'm going to take a guess clan district's clan wars will be quite successful in Halo Demo.

It is very clear to me what Kiyoshi said when he wrote about flame wars being around since his time. I'm not sure how that was misinterpreted. Personally, I prefer moderated forums more, so I don't have to waste my time reading off topic/pointless posts made by people that want to increase their post count by saying things like "Mota wins."

They mod posts to prevent flame "wars" which have plagued MGM since my time, they don't edit posts with stuff like "NO FLAMES OR YOUR BANNED" They edit the post telling said person they need to stop. No clear rules to dictate what is and isn't allowed isn't the norm as it is on this site. I like CD since the mods there seem to have a fair, base sense of rules. There is no need for the harsh ways everyone on this site has been guilty of. Leave it here and let it die here. Simple as that. People won't be happy with your opinion, you probably won't be happy with mine. However, there is a point where you're just bashing instead of giving decent points. Meaning you lost the argument the second you retorted with an insult.

The reason i complained was I posted a joke about capwn, saying something about him having cp (cause he is a pedophile). Then the guy edited my posts like hurr durr keep it in pm's. I didn't start a flame war there either. Capwn would have known it was a joke cause he has common sense unlike the majority of the CDer's. I am letting it die now. I didn't insult anyone I believe uhm magnus was the first to insult calling me a "whining bitch".

Also, as of this post, CD is temporarily down for some updates. When it's up again, Clan War (have you ever wondered why KW = Clan War? Shouldn't it be CW?) functionality will be up. Make clans leave clans war clans. Yayay except I don't CW.

My only suggestion at this point is that we all withdraw from the site. The admins/staff are a joke, completely hypocritical in practice and I think just a bad influence over what could be a noble venture.

Granted this is only my opinion, I think the site should be left to wallow and die because they have no redeeming features. Let the CH trash have their trashy site.

Make a topic, or talk to me on aim explaining every problem you have with the site and I'll be more than happy discussing what we can do to change it with you. It's hard to fit everyones needs, and while we can't get 100% approval all the time, we can certainly get a majority approval which we have now.
