Game Ranger bans and suspensions!

recently i was suspended for a week for asking people on gameranger where i could download full version games and i was wondering how many people on gameranger have actually been suspended or banned. For silly or seroius reasons.

PS: feel free to Post any problems you have about getting banned or suspended or any problems with logging on :D cheers!

That's no surprise really.

It says in the EULA that talk of warez will lead to account suspension or banning.

And countless amounts of people have been suspended or banned for talk of warez.

Not a smart thing to do, especially on GamerAnger.

i reckon the rule is ok but sometimes i think evill goes over board i've seen a few ppl be banned just for mentioning the word limewire or just having a talk about pirating! and there not even contemplating on D/ling games also i think the spaming ban and swearing ban are stupid cause tonnes of ppl do it anyways.

PS: what is EULA

I don't see what the problem is. Personally, I don't care what anyone says in the servers. I just pwn them good and hard and make them eat their words. I guess it's good though. It gets kinda annoying when someone repeatedly says the "N" word...

I dunno. I guess I couldn't think of anything else. I just wanted to change my sig because the other one wasn't all that good. Also I need to re-lasso the elite pic. It wasn't very well ripped since it was like one in the morning when I did it. :?

LOL i just got suspended for a week again ROFL's XD :lol: :lol: :lol: i was asking someone where i could D/L a full version game of COD 2 for free and i didn't even realize Evill was in tha Main lobby LOL. XD. As soon as i had pressed enter i realized Evill was in the room and i was thinking "OOOOHH SHIAAAT" XD.

Moments like those need to be recorded LOL.

nope there is no warning what so ever. you just get a message saying

PIRATE: BANNED!

it's as simple as that, and to see the length of your Ban or Suspension try and log in again. I did this and it said i had 7 days left on my suspension

XD things like that always crack me up LOL. The getting banned thing XD

PS: Nice Sig mike it looks like that game what eva it is has extremely good grapx. By the way what game is that pic from?

This is what happened to me: I was talking to someone via a "private message" discussing how to link up our Macs together. Funny thing is those pm's aren't private at all. They are subject to constant monitoring by GR admins.

So all in all I said Hey, I'll transfer ____ to you and the next thing I knew, I was forcefully logged off. Then when I try to sign on again, this is the lovely message I got.
