Post your favorite food/food that you think is only available where you live.

one such example is Vegi/Marmite. it's most likely unheard of out of the British colony's.

Hardly found outside Singapore/Malaysia (aww come on, there has to be some exception)
Now for dessert, probably chendol.

I don't live there, but I have family in Pennsylvania. There you can find teaberry ice cream, some of the most delicious of its kind. Also, who has soft maple ice cream where they live? (not the lame hard crap that's mass produced and made with tons of additives- I'm talking good ol' maple sugar ice cream, made locally, soft-serve)

MMM maple smoked salmon tidbits. MMM Beaver tails (not tails of real beavers but a flat doughnut pastry covered with sugar).

Australia doesn't have anything unique, we copy every other country/culture.
Although i do like OUR Cadburys, apparently it tastes different to the British version.

Scooters burgers. Or maybe Red Mill. Drac can probably say the same. No unique foods though.

which was made by accident i think... i can't remember.
vegimite is good but it was immediately copied into (or from) Marmite and such things.

Both the "mites" are fantastic culinary creations.

Don't you Aussies have Kangaroo hams, platypus steaks, or Koala burgers. I seriously think Aussies should take advantage of all the different types of meat they have over there.

We eat both of our national emblems.. as for koala's they are endangered.

Shapes. you know, the bacon and cheese ones. I know mota and olly should know what I am talking about.

OI GUYA.. I remembered these while at work today.. but the best desert or just snack or whatever were invented in my town.. in a house that is now dubbed at a haunted house. Been there pretty pimp weird shit has gone down but I do not believe in that.
