my download speed is fast but the downfall of most DSL service providers is that they dont provide fast upload speeds

yeah usually internet providers dont provide fast upload speeds.

Download Speed: 286 kbps (35.8 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 80 kbps (10 KB/sec transfer rate)
i AM IN COMPLETE SHOCK i am suppost to have a 1.5 mbps AND IT'S NOT EVEN FRIGGIN CLOSE... OMFG
what the hell am oi paying my internet service provider for OMFG!!!!!!

Mad Max, when you run the test make sure you don't have anything else running. For example, you do not want to run the test while you are downloading or uploading a file.
