Ok I have a AppleCare Warranty on my Iphone4.
When My Iphone is broke or problem hardware, I can switch an another Iphone4 without giving any charge,
I have a old IMac 2007-2008 (Before upgrade was Tiger).
IF I buy an AppleCare Warranty cost $199.00 CAN.
I buy it, Can I change to a new IMac or change some part?
Cost it any charge when I do this action?
I searched in yahoo answer.... didn't help me.

I don't think it works like that..!
A warranty is a sort of contract between you and the seller that activates when you buy an item. This contract says that if your item breaks within a specified period of time, the seller has replace it or fix it.
(although it's more complicated than that. Generally if you mess with the item you will void the warranty. And there might be even some other rules, for example: spilling a liquid on an apple computer will void its warranty)
Warranties expire after some time. Apple allows you to extend your default warranty by buying the AppleCare plan. But you cannot buy a warranty for an old item..! :)
