Who else has both a PC & Mac for gaming?
Funny how I still see myself as primarily a 'Mac person', when I spend 40% of my time using a PC!
Still...I really only use a PC for two things; MS Outlook (at work) and games.
So does anyone else have both a Mac and PC - is it a common thing these days?

I have both but I didn't get the PC for games. Although I have started looking into various upgrades for the PC so I could play some games on it.

That's the thing Mono...It's a slippery slope having a PC as well as a Mac!

I originally bought 'my' PC for my girlfriend - who is doing a degree - and then I started using it to check the web pages I develop....AND THEN a mate said 'put this game on - check it out', and that was that!
The thing is, as a Mac user you want to have access to all those fantastic games your friends are playing on their PCs - so if you happen to own a PC yourself it's tempting just to wack them on (instead of waiting a year for the Mac release).
This is what happened with Joint Operations and now Battlefeild 2.
Luckily my girlfriend works as a bar-maid in the evenings so I use the PC then! But one day I will have to buy my own games PC.

LOL...
Funny reading this thread I did a year ago...
I am now almost fully converted to PC use, and an avid 'Battlefield 2' player in a clan called OBC.
I only use a Mac at work now - at home I use my PC for both gaming and professional design.
HOWEVER - I do miss all my old GameRanger buddies (wonder if they are still out there and remember me?), and would love to see GameRanger support PC servers too so I could meet up with them.
I do still have a lovely PowerBook - but sadly it lays there on a shelf in my office gathering dust.
