Yes, it is possible to make a site like this. It may take you awhile to get going. I didn't start with a site like this, I started with a very basic site that just listed maps and mods for RSD. After alot of time and effort I made it to this point.

You just need to find some web space. You can be any age to do this. I started out with free web space at Geocities.

Yer, i started with freewebs.com, and then geocities to for a short while, till i discovered Dreamweaver, if you want you shoud try Rapidweaver or iWeb or those kinda programs, they wont realy learn u much of website building, but its handy for people who stil want a website :) you cant make an website like this out of it tho, that you gotta learn, take a study or ask friends of you that kno stuff about website making, monoman helps me to sometimes :)

You can download and make yourself apache/php/mysql (or get MAMP!) and then grab yourself phpBB. Pretty simply really..
MAMP and phpBB2, go for it ;)
