Saving the Armpatch

The armpatch must be saved in Targa format, with the .tga extension.

If you are using Adobe Photoshop a window will popup asking for the bit resolution, select 24bits/pixel.

If you are using Paint Shop Pro, you should open the options dialog from the save window, and select uncompressed.

Save the patch to the Armpatches folder in the Raven Shield folder using a filename of 8 or less characters.

(hmmm on the mac the character name length may not apply)

I just wanted to clarify that a PC is not needed to make armpatches. They can be made on a Mac.

yeah u can make armpatches on photoshop or other similar software

Yea its wierd my Mac version of photoshop is SO old (think os 9 and Classic) I cant do it, I must be missing the targa extension. I'd do it on my Mac though yes sirree.
