Mac Gaming Mods

In console i type /record when i playing is done i do /stoprecord.

and then i go in Call of duty 4 Folder/ Call Of Duty 4 Data/ Main/ Demo/ There my record files in there.

How do i open it?

If you have access to a PC you can use this. Looking at the PC program it looks like it is running the video files in CoD with the program controlling the video speed. I would check out the other commands for CoD to see if you can run those files from within CoD.
