Everytime i enter a multiplayer game COD 2 says my Key Code is already in Use!!!
How do i fix this?

It says that when your CD key is already being used. This mean you either buy the game again or email Aspyr your details and see if they will provide you with a new one.

You do if you didn't buy the game since you wouldn't have a CD key if you didn't.
