It's legal to mod anything. Unless it's illegal and the developers just don't care, but I doubt that's the case. It's only illegal if you do it for personal gain (money).

It is a halo convertion. They turned halo into a new game. By editing the maps bsps. and things like that.

Thats what I said. They changes the ui, b30, bloodgultch(its spelt like that according to the bloodgultch map in eschaton), bitmaps and sounds to make this new game.

Hour of Victory uses the Unreal 3 Engine, but is one of the worst games in Xbox History. Meanwhile, Unreal 3... AMAZING (based off of the past Unreals combined with nex-gen tech and the trailers I saw)

Source is a modification of the GoldSrc, which came from the original Half Life engine, which came from Quakeworld, which originated from Quake.

Now, I wish I had looked at Stubb's Demo files to see if they are actually like Halo's. However, Mota, Stubbs is NOT a super Halo conversion. It simply uses the Halo Engine to create a whole new game. There is no way Stubbs and Halo are similar except in Engine. Im sure that the Halo engine was modified by the developer for Stubbs.
