America's Army is Mac and Windows. Honestly the site sucks, and the download speed might be bare-able, but it is not a very good game.

Yeah I just got Urban Terror this weekend and I'm addicted.
I like how the initials are the same as Unreal Tournament.

There seems to be only 3 types of games for multiplayer that is either free or payed on Mac. There is the Quake/UT2k4 fast paced action, there is the Halo style gaming from... Halo. Then there are some uber-strategic games like AA, but not many others. And if you want a combination of fast paced and slower paced plus queasy, mindbending levels, get Prey. Its MP levels are insane to play on, even by yourself. O.o

Tremulous its a great game no single player tons of maps u can mod it play on internet 10+ weapons for humans 12 evolves for aliens GREAT GRAPHICS
