Nexuiz was just updated to 2.4.2. It is a free first person shooter. You can a video of the gameplay on their site along with the game download.

THAT looks like a cool game. 26 minutes to download. Stupid internet going haywire of late. I think it's online. I'll attempt to host a game or something called "MGM" and be Seabees4 for a screen name. After it downloads.

EDIT: it finally downloaded. Now when I try to host it freezes, and when I try to join a game, it goes to some text and at the bottom it says bad AUDO file. Who cares about audio?!

eh... Its a ok game. Multiplayer sucks tho.

When you download theres a zip file. In the zip file there the Mac and PC version.

Woah wait a sec that last map featured in that vid isnt that just a rip from Unreal Tournament 3? maybye the whole game is just a lower detailed rip? alot of those maps in the vid seem awfully familiar to maps on UT3 but i haven't played UT3 for a while, well i remember that last map because that was my favourite (obsessive sniping )

Unreal Tournament has a Mac version. Although it is an old game now. There are newer UT versions out. Check out your game store to see if they still carry it.

This reminds me of that crappy quake 3 that came out for PC in like the late 90's, and that game sucked

Yeah, I have UT2004, I really want UT3 for mac. (The new one.)

I dont really like the si fic type of games, the only one i like is Halo.

Just played the game, it sucks. But that's just me, personally.
