Wolfenstein Enemy Territory is out for free. It is a stand alone app, that means it does not need Return to Castle Wolfenstein to play it. The game is for OS 10.3 (Panther) only. The game will crash in 10.2.

this game is pretty damn fun, i must say. The gameplay reminds me of counterstrike, run n gun.

Anyone else DL it?

i did, i must say it has it's pros and cons -.-

i like the weapon sounds from RTCW better though such as thompson and mp40 and the luger/colts, they sound more realistic.... and it's not as much run n gun as in RTCW... the maps seem much bigger to do that kinda stuff, unlike original RTCW

but then i do like the tanks and stuff and that mobile mg42 is sweeet


i'm waiting for GR support so we can start hosting game and play there with my old rtcw buddies

I am still trying to figure out the gametypes. Most of the time I am just running around waiting to get killed so I know where I should go. At least I have figured out most of the player classes.

ya, the gametypes sure are interesting. Each map has different objectives, so it takes som getting used to, and its not easy when you are unfamiliar.

I'm figuring it out slowly but surely. I still get owned. lol

nah, i found it quick to get used to... well maybe cuz i play the original return to castle wolfensteni as well,

neways it's just a regular first person shooting game with a little bit of twists cuz there's a little bit of tactics that can go into it
