no, that was pods. and i discovered that there are albatrosses, but they don't look like halo 2/3's one... ¬_¬

... Taxi, Im positive you like futuristic things. I was merely pointing out that apart from the few human things in the game that could be real (and the warthog and scorpion are just barely included), the rest of the game is uber-future based.
It also has a strange plot line when written simply and in a long sentence as I will do now:
You are Master Chief, a bionic soldier with heavy body armor who must fight a massive armada of aliens who have joined into religious cult hellbent on controlling ring-shaped space stations which contain a parasite species that interferes with the plan until a floating blue orb teleports you to the key so you can activate the ring and destroy the flood except that you learn it will kill all life so you decide to blow the thing into pieces by overloading the engines of the ship that you were on when you got here only to find out later that the collection of aliens wants to activate the remaining rings because they believe it will lead them into the afterlife.
Far better than the generic warstories of Cod, Gears, and killzone.
BF:BC had a twist but its too much more to write.

Ever played Tom Clancy's End War? It's epic. (and you can issue orders verbally to your troops)

When you are playing endwar you can say "RAPE" instead of "Attack" or "engage".
The armaments which thunderstrike the walls
And monarchs tremble in their capitals.
The oak leviathans, whose huge ribs make
Of lord of thee, and arbiter of war;
Alike the Armada's pride, or spoils of Trafalgar.

Well I got it the day it came out. My parents were gone to somewhere else for a long time. I started at 10:00 in the morning. I ended at midnight. 14 hours.

No life?
