I would be interested in playing in a tourny but since [01] is inactive I woudlnt have a team.

I could probly pick up a few generic players on GR if worse comes to worse.

Dark, get premium and a mic/headset! I know it sux to have to spend money on premium and comm equipment, but without it, you aren't playing the game the way it is meant to be played! Best money I ever spent was upgrading to premium and throwing U.S. $100 at a Plantronics DSP 500 headset/mic.

As for generic players ... well ... they are "generic," just sayin'. In the meantime, let's figure this thing out and get 'er done. Shouldn't take more than 3 brain cells!

If we do a tourney, it will most likely be a firefight style. 2 or 3 rounds, most kills wins. probably 3 person team max.

I'm still thinking about doing it, I just don't want to do all the work. I've had my share of hosting tourney's and it's not an easy task. Between figuring out which maps to use and organizing/scheduling teams, it becomes a PITA because it's hard to please everyone. Oh well. They can like it or leave it.

Anyway,
I'll look into my (random) schedule and see when a good time would be.

I'm game. Anything goes for me. I have no map or gametype preferences. Actually, I don't think anyone should except for the individual(s) setting up a tourny. I just see it as only being fair if the players of the tourny have no say in such matters - better to have no preconception I guess. But, then again, I've never played in any such tourny before, so maybe I have no place in recommending such stipulations.
Yah sure ya betcha!!
