dont be an arse :p ... for instance the unreal engine is used to power lots of different games... jedi knight, doom, watever... thats what i meant
jeeze honest question, and you can never get an honest answer here
and if you dont know you could just say you dont know either... thatd be nice...

and some game developers choose to make their own engine instead of using one that already exists...

well fine let me rephrase the question, does the halo engine use any pre existing engine such as unreal or something like that
