If you mean on Halo, then no. You need custom edition, which is pc only.

What about Deep Space Arena? That is a new map is it not?
He might've just gotten rid of bloodgulch and then used sparkedit to put in platforms and such. Either that, or he used guerila/sapien to do it. Except, you use those for Halo CE.

Nulled BSP, removed shaders, and used SparkEdit. Ingenious bridges though. Torpedo bridge covered with teleporter shader, I believe.
