When i use hex edit and change anything on the b30.map when i go and save and everything as soon as i click campain on halo it goes all dark then closes and says sorry the applacation halo unexpectadly quit anyone know why this happens?

Ya need to have the plugins folder in the same folder as the app.
and/or don't be using any old plugins. if they have null data fields like this:

what happened was you got an exception. It means that something was changed that shouldn't've been. just start on a clean map and do one change at a time.
