Dyslexia is an information processing disorder where the mind DOES NOT read things backward, it fails to read a word as a whole: it just sees a bunch of letters. This makes a dyslexic have to work 10x harder to learn to read than most people: they habve to memorize the exact spelling of every word, but they almost always work their way out of it, but certain symptoms remainFor instance, if you gave one of those amazingly cool mixed-up sentences where the letters are scrambled in a word (i.e. "Hlao bates Hlao Dmeo wtih a scitk), whereas a normal person has no trouble reading that, a dyslexic would be completely confused.

And how do i know all of this... My dad has it. But he worked hard and is fine now.
