You can create a Dedicated server in Full through the Console.

Last I checked, dedi meant a hosted server without any players except for those joining. You can do a map rotation, but not dedicated server. Minor difference from a player perspective, very big from a tech.

Then I'm confused... what doesn a Dedicated server do exactly, that the one created through Console does not?

There can be 0 players in a dedi
