Weapon ammo?

Which map should I open to get ammunition for the rocket launcher and sniper rifle? Maybe some other ammo as well. Blood Gulch doesn't have it...


A question for Taxi; Do you remember the a20 mod you made for me (with the plasma-grenade-shooting-ARs that caused the idiot marines to kill me many times) and had the lifepods and the failed longswords that, for some reason, were called pelicans in-game? How did you make the plasma grenades out of the AR move so fast when the gun was used?

um isnt that just velocity in plasma nade?

I think Taxi edited more than 'proj > weapons\plasma grenade\plasma grenade > Initial Speed' and 'proj > weapons\plasma grenade\plasma grenade > Final Speed'...


I still don't know which map to open up to take the ammo stuff...

and, yea, i edited initial and final speed to be like... 0.8?



...anyway, for 'ammo stuff' you mean how much ammo in clip? max ammo limit? RateOfFire?

I guess I could have been more specific.
I want to know how to spawn ammo collections in place of something else (it's itmc, right? sounds like Item Collection...)

Nope It should be under eqip for equipment.

edit: My weapon spawns disappeared... Why would they do that? o.o

oooh, i got what you mean!

using a dependecy-swapper:
• go in an itmc tag you dont need
• make the weap/eqip inside become eqip: shotgun ammo (for example)

and, you've done! in place of the weapon you swapped, there will be shotgun ammo!

Go in eschaton the d swappa then scnr and swap some guns with it.

I'm pretty sure the data for all ammo(s) should be in Bloodgulch. If you want to import some, you can import the Rocket Ammo equip from B30.map. I'm fairly certain that Sniper Ammo is already in though.
