Seriously! just use rotatingsignature.com! really easy sends u the link by E-mail. and what do you mean special charecters? It's just giving it the URL.
upload it to imageshack or something first.

I blame sword.

And imagerotation.com is simple. Create a new rotator. Give it a list of images. Then use this url in your image code:

http://www.imagerotation.com/<your user name>/<what you named the rotator>.png

You try to google this sort of thing and you end up with code you have to host on a personal webspace. Plus rotating signature inserts ads.

That's what I did. I'm pretty sure that's what's in my siggy now. And yet it's not rotating when I reload the page.
