Want to know the easy way? If you haz Photoshop, select the layer, right click it (in the layer palette) go to blending options, stroke. >_>

Oh wait, are you talking bout that glossy thing?

Go circle marquee, construct the glossy thing with the lower part of the circle, fill it with white, lower the opacity.

i made a rectangular selection, then warped the shape, then filled with a gradient, and lowered the opacity.

and yeah, there wasnt many ideas that came into my head for that Sad but if you notice, theres a faint flag in the background Very Happy

and, i'm not stealing ur style XD cause i use a gradient, you use a circle marquee filled wiht white XD

oh well, mine didnt look too great anyway.

and i think you used a bit too much compression when you saved your file. or somethin, cause it just looks... funny...

i know, same principle, i like mine cause i maade it XD
but, when I say funny, I meant more like, If you look close, the white gloss, looks pixelated.

what process did you use to save it?

basically, the way I use:
File>New
size: blah blah x blah blah
Make your image
Add the gloss either by using a circular marquee, or by transforming a selection and fillinf with white, ot a gradient
Hit File > Save For Web

Quality 100 %
save

upload

* you layers might be an issue as well, if you rasterized them so they arent vector graphics. and tried to expand them.

well...the original size is like 2000 but when i make a small size it get pixels...and i save with best quiality...and still bad
