Getting back on topic.... WTF is Halo Engine, and what does it matter?

dont be an ass, it matters because if you know the engine you could research alternative editing software...

for instance jedi knight can be edited by the gtk radiant editing tools... it runs on the quake III engine.. those tools can also edit

GtkRadiant 1.5.0 supports the following games:
Doom 3
Enemy Territory
HalfLife
Heretic2
Jedi Academy
Quake
Quake 2
Quake 3 Arena
Star Trek Voyager Elite Force
Soldier of Fortune II
Return to Castle Wolfenstein

i was trying to figure out what the halo engine is so that i could possibly research other types of editing tools..

so yeah, i thought it pretty relevant... id rather be using a GUI than feeling around in the dark in the damned bsp like i have been...
