Turtle will be giving you something to do shortly. Mostly you and Turtle will be in charge of modding the effects to upgrade their realism, unless the weapons division requests you to change specific weapon related effects.

well i can do..... what would you like me to do? :D
I'm good at weapons and effects, and i'm ok at vehicles and biped...
basically anything but bitmaps. >_>

If he is the primary modder, then I take orders from him and he doesn't do much? O_o??
Or he does most of it, and I do some or he does all, and I refine it, making it better?

It depends on him; he's supposed to do what he can and give you what he can't do. Or split the tasks. If he's too slow, you can change your position to Mod Vice Leader and give orders instead. lol :P

You take the effects your good with and I'll take effects I'm good with.
If we both want to do the same effect, we could both have ago at it and the weapon modders can choose which one they like more.

If so then list the kind of effects you can do well.
I would like to take explosions, including smoke, dust and all that jazz.
So maybe you could do weapon effects and plasma effects?

my opinion, instead of primary and secondary modders, have modder one and modder two, as to lessen the apperance that the 1st modder is more important.

I have worked on the shotgun, pistol, plasma pistol, frag, fuel rod gun, and rocket launcher, but none of them are finished yet. They also need to be tested with somebody else so I can figure out the right damage values. Anybody up for a test with me? I've mainly done meta editing, it should be CSS so far...

What parts of the weapon have you edited? Weapon accuracy and recoil isn't CSS, I think. (Or you'll feel the effects but it'll be kinda laggy.)
