I think that Monoman should make one of the topics about how to use mods a sticky, and if someone still asks how to use mods we just ignore them. I think the tuts thing would be a good idea, but establishing what could be posted there is the hard part.

Exactly. Now, it is our guys job to point noobs in this direction. I'm accually thinking about making a topic where you post nothing but Tuts. I think that would be cool.

Tell me if you guys think that is a good idea. It would be limited. It wouldn't be like Detailed instruction. It would maybe be limited to skinning and swapping... Not sure... But, let me know if everyone else is, "cosure" with this idea.

once again, hello from the arctic. its really not that cold here with 24 hours of sunlight. anyway, i think that a discussion entirely composed of tutorials is an awsome idea. hey syperium, if you want me to post the HMT plugin tut, i could do that.

my thoughts exactly. i mean, what if everyone knew how to put the Pelican in BG? the next mods would be awsomely better. we might be able to make more completely new maps (think deepspace mod and forest). that would be awsome.
